Peanut Butter Dip is sweet enough to satisfy for dessert, but healthy(ish) enough that you can have it for lunch.
There are only three ingredients: Greek yogurt, peanut butter and honey. Mix them in a bowl and you’re done. Super fast and easy.
Use it as a dip with fruit, veggies and crackers or pretzels. It makes a good PB and banana sandwich, too. (I think it would even work as a frosting for banana cupcakes.)
You can try reducing the honey, but I really don’t recommend it. The 4 tablespoons / 60 ml smooths the mixture out and melds the flavors together.
The dip will keep in the fridge for 3 days, so you can have it on hand for after school snacks.
Sunflower butter will work in the recipe if peanuts aren’t an option for you.
You can serve this simple dip with fruit and crackers for a snack or a light lunch. It will also work as a frosting for cupcakes.
