If you want to dip the whole bar in chocolate, remove the half-dipped bars from the freezer and dip the other end in white or dark chocolate. You will need additional chocolate in order to do this.
You can replace the lemon juice with 1/2 cup / 125 ml of fruit puree. Add 1 tablespoon / 15 ml of lemon juice to heighten the fruit flavor.
