This pudding will take slightly longer to make than the store bought boxed puddings, but the taste is much better, and you will have no additives or artificial flavorings.

Ingredients
1/4cup/ 60 ml cornstarch
6tablespoons/ 90 ml brown sugar
1cup/ 250 ml skim milk powder
1/4teaspoon/ 1.25 ml salt
3cups/ 750 ml water
2teaspoons/ 10 ml vanilla
Instructions
Combine cornstarch, brown sugar, milk powder and salt in saucepan. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Add water and whisk until mixture is smooth. Add vanilla.
Stir over medium to medium-high heat until the pudding starts to thicken. This should take about 5 minutes. Cook for 1-2 minutes longer.
When it has thickened, pour into serving dishes and cool in fridge until ready to serve.
