Make Your Own Hot Cocoa Mix

Put two heaping teaspoons of the mix (or more if you prefer) in a mug, and fill with boiling water or heated milk. Stir until dissolved. If you are using boiling water, you can cool the cocoa with cold milk or cream before serving.

Ingredients

/ 500 ml granulated sugar

/ 250 ml Dutch-process cocoa

/ 625 ml skim milk powder

/ 5 ml salt

tablespoons
/ 30 ml cornstarch
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend thoroughly until mixture is a fine powder.
Store in airtight container.
Mix will store indefinitely.
