Preheat oven to 325 degrees F / 163 degrees C. Grease two 8 x 4-inch / 20x10 cm loaf pans. Line bottoms with parchment paper.
Cream softened butter in large mixing bowl. Add olive oil slowly and mix until blended.
Add honey. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add sour cream and mix until smooth.
If the honey syrup gets stiff, heat in the microwave for 10 seconds to soften it up.
